We’ve had a lot of success with our field service management platform in recent months, and sometimes it’s great to have a bit of external validation!

The journal noted that we have enjoyed a recent year-over-year revenue growth of 130% and a projected annual recurring revenue (ARR) of $1.7 million for 2024. Our clients in the U.S., Brazil, Belgium, and Norway all got a shoutout!

The article explored how we have gone from 11 customers in 2022 to 34 in 2024, and highlighted our customer portfolio, which includes major global brands such as Ametek, Carrefour, Tata Motors, and Schmalz.

Our AI-powered OneCloud platform is designed to enhance the efficiency of field service operations by automating job assignments and leveraging data to provide smarter service solutions. It was great to have a chance to go deep on our features, like Video Assist and intelligent job allocation, and explore how we improve customer transparency by offering real-time status updates and notification.
